I have spent my life working with people who have the desire to change.
I believe that getting the right information at the right time when starting any program will increase your enjoyment, increase your results, and decrease your chance of injury.
Over the last 20 years I have accepted change as a challenge, consistently taking myself out of my comfort zone to achieve lasting life experiences in a breadth of disciplines from Strongman, Ice Hockey, Bodybuilding, and Competitive Dancing. Each of these experiences has made me more efficient at coaching all aspects of fitness, for a very wide range of bodies and goals.
